The Role

In the role of Platform Account Manager, you will be tasked with two primary objectives

The EMEA team is based in the funky WeWork offices in Moorgate and this role offers the chance to join a 9 person team.

Responsibilities

  • Master the platform - As an advocate of the company, you’ll become an expert on their platform. You’ll learn how to configure a website or mobile application to work with the platform, launch social/mobile/real-time-bidded ads, leverage their suite of optimization features, and analyze results.

  • Onboard and train new customers - Once you’ve mastered the platform, you’ll be responsible for onboarding and teaching others the same. Platform Account Managers will partner with a portfolio of clients to teach them the core features of the platform through presentations, interactive trainings, and partnered launches.

  • Empower customer success - Social and mobile advertising is new. It’s also hard to get right. You’ll help your clients–which could range from startups to Fortune 500 companies, eCommerce to travel, gaming to pure-play internet companies–successfully leverage these new mediums. You’ll own understanding their pain points and determining how to solve them with software, and work with our product and engineering teams to build innovative solutions.

What makes you perfect for this role?

  • Highly qualified candidates have an excellent academic record and 2+ years’ experience in online marketing.
  • Experience managing Direct Response campaigns in paid social is a must. Experience in additional channels (Search, Display) is a plus.
  • Experience using Facebook’s Ads Manager or another Facebook Marketing Partner’s platform.
  • Demonstrated ability to work with data and identify trends.
  • Ability to analyze data using Microsoft Excel or other data analysis software.
  • A love for ecommerce, social games, advertising, or entrepreneurship.
  • Can function as an individual contributor and as a team player.
  • Flexibility, adaptability, and willingness to learn.
