The role

With an in-depth understanding of the company’s product offering, their account managers build and maintain key client relationships to ensure that they retains and grow their existing client portfolio, ensuring that cross-sell opportunities are maximised across the group. With their growing success, they now have an exciting opportunity for an experienced B2B account manager to join the team.


As their service account manager, you will be responsible for in excess of 250 clients, with a fiscal responsibility of circa. £2million. You will take ownership of the onboarding and engagement process with every client, identify risks to minimise attrition and Identify and convert opportunities to upsell existing products. With your strong communication skills, you will establish and maintain the relationship with key client stakeholders by phone, email and client visits nationwide, ensuring that clients remain within contracted service parameters or re-negotiate contracts.


To be successful in this role you will be a commercial and client focused professional with demonstrable experience of working within a success driven team. Evidence of diplomatic yet strong interactions with all levels of contact from a variety of industries and businesses from global brands to SME’s in addition, you will have experience working to and achieved targets with the ability to ‘project manage’ and liaise with various departments to attain goals.
